Hi, I’m Liam Wain, a personal trainer who believes true transformation comes from more than just sets and reps.
I specialise in fat loss, muscle tone, and strength development, helping clients not only look better but genuinely feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their lives.
With a degree in Behavioural Psychology, a Diploma in Behaviour Change for Fitness Clients (Future Fit), and a Certificate in Biomechanics (N1 Education), I bring a unique and deeply individualised approach to training. I don’t just focus on the physical — I help you understand the why behind your habits, mindset, and performance so we can build real, lasting change together.
I believe there’s no such thing as an “off-the-shelf” plan. Every client receives a personalised programme built around their lifestyle, abilities, and mindset — empowering them to achieve results that stick.
My goal is to help you reach your highest potential, both in and out of the gym — even if you can’t yet see what that looks like for yourself.
